Passing Notes is the winner of the 2017 AACTFest National's People Choice Award for Best Production. Passing Notes previously won the AACTFest Indiana state festival and the AACTFest Region 5 regional contest. Joe was awarded the Excellence in Playwriting Award by the same organization.
